Submitting an Ad for placement on HelpingYouCare® is easy. It can be accomplished in a few minutes online, as described below.
To submit an Ad for potential placement on HelpingYouCare®, just:
- Fill in the form below, and attach a copy of your Ad in JPG format sized to fit the Ad Size/ Type you choose below (or attach a Word Document with proposed text of a simple text ad or sponsored Article). E-mail us at: Info@HelpingYouCare.com for pricing of the options you choose below;
- Click “I Agree” to accept our Advertising Terms & Policies, Advertising Service Agreement (if applicable), and Legal Terms & Conditions; and then, Click “Submit” to submit your proposed ad to us.
- Pay by PayPal. After your Ad is approved, we will invoice you, and you can pay by PayPal or Credit Card (via PayPal) by clicking the link provided in the invoice or via the Pay Now button below.

** We will review your submission, contact you with any questions, and assuming we accept your ad, we will send you a confirming e-mail with an invoice, and a link to our PayPal account, where you can easily pay the fee online, either from your bank account or by credit card.
Upon acceptance of your ad and receipt of your payment (in the full amount specified and invoiced for the Ad options you selected), we will post your Ad, and send you a further confirming e-mail, stating the date and location where your Ad was posted.
Should we determine that your ad is not of a type we can run within our Advertising Terms & Policies, Advertising Service Agreement, or other Legal Terms & Conditions, we would let you know and return your Ad to you by e-mail.
Assuming we accept your Ad, it will be placed on the site as the Size/ Type of Ad you purchased and on those pages of the site containing the Content Category or Categories you selected and purchased to target.
Certain Sizes/ Types of ads may rotate position, and for others you may purchase a “Guaranteed Premium Placement Position” when available. Otherwise, we try to honor specific placement requests, but necessarily, within the Content Categories you have selected, exact placement is in our discretion. Except for purchased “Guaranteed Premium Placements,” we cannot guarantee specific placement positions, but your Ad will be placed on the number of pages of the site, in the Content Category, and as the size of ad you purchased.
We reserve the right to remove any ad at any time, without providing a reason, and in that case we would refund that prorated portion of the fee received that corresponds to time periods after removal.
Whether we accept or decline any proposed Ad, and, subject to the above, where we place it within the Category purchased, are necessarily in our discretion. All ad placements are subject to all of our Advertising Terms & Conditions, Advertising Service Agreement, and all of our Legal Terms & Conditions, including without limitation our Terms of Use, Code of Conduct, Editorial Policy, and Privacy Policy.
