The National Parkinson Foundation (NPF) is offering a Free Webinar about “Relationships and Parkinson’s” on Thursday, August 23 at 1:00 p.m. ET.
Kara Barton, MSW, LCSW, from the University of Southern California, will discuss strategies for coping with changes in relationships with family, friends and coworkers after a Parkinson’s diagnosis.
“Parkinson’s changes your sense of who you are and impacts your relationships at home, at work, and socially. Explore strategies for coping with these changes,” the NPF states in its announcement of the seminar.
