This is an excellent resource to search for quality medical information.

The Medical Library Association (MLA) is a nonprofit, educational organization with more than 4,000 health sciences information professional members and partners worldwide.  MLA indicates that it provides lifelong educational opportunities, supports a knowledgebase of health information research, and works with a global network of partners to promote the importance of quality information for improved health to the health care community and the public.

All medical research you do is of course for your information only, and you should consult your doctor, or for your senior loved one, consult his or her doctor, before reaching any conclusions, taking any action, or failing to take any action of a medical nature.
