What is a geriatric care manager and how can I find one?

From the National Institute on Aging, U.S. National Institutes of Health.  Hiring a Geriatric Care Manager to visit your loved one and help monitor your loved one’s care may be very helpful and necessary, particularly if you live a long distance from your elderly loved one or have career demands that do not give you the flexibility always to be available.
