It provides detailed information about the past performance of every Medicare and Medicaid certified nursing home in the country. Nursing Homes can be searched by Geography (all nursing homes within a State or County), by Proximity (all nursing homes within a certain distance from a City or Zip Code), or by Name of the nursing home. A significant amount of information is available about each nursing home, including results of the last inspection report, and a data base of statistics covering past performance, as well as Medicare’s rating of the nursing home according to Medicare’s five star rating system. |
