Accredited facilities are designated by the “Gold Seal” of the Joint Commission. Information provided includes a copy of the Joint Commission’s Accreditation Quality Report on the healthcare organization, information on any Advanced Certifications held by it, any special Quality Awards received by it, and a complete list of the services provided by such health care organization.
