A diet of meat (grass fed), fish and vegatables can reverse obesity and type 2 diabetes. Sometimes the answer is right in front of our nose and our ego won't let us see it. I.E. If cattle eat grass they are lean and healthy. If they eat grains and corn they get fat and profitable. Read this slowly 10 times and the truth may boil out in many facets.
