		<description>Thank you for this eye-opening article!  I actually did not realize that 26 states were filing against the health care law...until now. I agree with the previous comment.  We need a good universal health care system and it might help to look at Vermont as a model (or at least for ideas).</description>

		<description>As a working caregiver, I wish that the Federal Government would establish a universal health care system of high quality like Vermont&#039;s.  It is not fair that the quality of health care you can get depends on which State you happen to live in.

As a working person, in this economy, you cannot afford to move to another state to get good health care.  But, with the rising cost of health care everywhere, you cannot afford not to! This is not right.

Only the very rich can afford good health care in the states that go for a so-called &quot;market economy&quot; with no regulation of the insurance companies!  Everybody else gets poor care.  That&#039;s why these states are ranked the worst in health care in the study.</description>
